The rental of the bicycles is free of charge. Keys and information are available at the reception.

You are welcome to leave your luggage in our luggage room at the reception.

There is a mini-shop at the reception. One of the ANA Arthotel free services is that coffee is available to you free of charge around the clock.

To use our WLAN in your room, please switch on the Smart TV. You will find the network name and password on the start screen.
The WLAN connection remains active even if you switch the TV off again afterwards.

Our payable garage with 9 parking spaces is located in the Gogglgasse. You will receive the access code at the reception. You will find the public Schlossberggarage behind our hotel in Landsberg am Lech.

Our reception is currently staffed from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 8 pm and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 7 am to 6 pm. If you plan to arrive later, please contact us in advance.
